And now I’ve found out that their merch pre-order site doesn’t even exist anymore? I used the link in BTR’s instagram bio so obviously it was the same one everyone else used and received their items from so it can’t be a scam…but I have no idea who to even contact now! So umm, has this happened to anyone else? I’ve never used Route before either (for tracking) so I’m not sure how much they can help but I thought I would see if anyone else had and resolved this issue. However I never got a tracking number or any kind of update so I’ve emailed that same customer service email several times since…literally no response. In December 2021 I sent customer service an email because Route still said there wasn’t a tracking number and I got a response saying they “hadn’t forgotten about me”. I pre-ordered the black daisy crewneck back in August 2021 when the pre-order merch went live.
